goals: $160,000 You will learn how to generate and convert clients,
strengthen communication and negotiation skills, and manage
transactions from the first conversation through closing. With

will operate with clarity and confidence while building a business
designed to scale over time. This collaborative environment is

world class customer service to clients to ensure their
satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Gather local
community information to be able to answer any questions from your
client about potential homes Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their
needs and sell them a home Prospect for new leads to promote new
business Set appointments Database and CRM mastery Follow the plan
Lead follow-up Sales talk mastery Qualifications: Self-motivation
and drive A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Organized and manages time effectively Ability to communicate
effectively (oral and written) Technology driven Real estate
license is required in order to work with clients and earn
