This strategic role requires an individual capable of shaping key client relationships and augmenting our growth by leveraging Frascos tailored services. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to maximize customer engagement and expand our market share. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Manage a national portfolio of client accounts within the insurance sector. Offer consultation and expert advice to key clients on complex risk mitigation issues. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align services with customer needs. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. Lead, mentor, and recruit sales staff. Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage key client relationships and large accounts. Deep understanding of the insurance market and risk management. Ability to analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
