  • Position not eligible for remote work, must be located on-site in one of the following: Plano, TX; Chandler, AZ; Addison, TX; Simi Valley, CA -Line of Business Description: The role is in support of the Mortgage Subservicing Oversight group within the Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations (MVSO) organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions with internal/external financial partners.
    • Leads in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment.
    • Manages projects related to special initiatives of an operations nature.
    • Provides guidance and expertise to internal/external partners around the mortgage subservicing process.
    • Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs.
    • Influence conversations at all levels including the expertise in knowing the fine balance between detailed and high-level messages. Enterprise Description: -Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s), including research. Leads in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners on new and complex initiatives. Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 5-7 years of experience. QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience
      • Must have Loan servicing analytics and/or compliance and legal/regulatory requirements experience.
      • Must be able to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics and action plans
      • Ability to analyze and interpret data
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
      • Experience with presenting to LOB leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners
      • Strong business and financial acumen
      • Highly Skilled specific to: Intermediate to Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      • Able to perform reporting routinesDesired Skills and Experience
        • Current/prior project management experience a plus
        • Experience running SQL queries and advanced Excel reporting
        • College Degree preferred
        • Mortgage Products/Mortgage Servicing Background a plus
