Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the
Product Launch Management (PLM) team to focus on building the
product launch roadmap and launch strategy for products globally
leveraging AI tools for speed and scale. In this role you will lead
the go-to-market (GTM) efforts, with principal responsibility for
launch strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be
metrics-driven with strong ownership. He/she/they should also be
comfortable with the technical aspects of product development and
understand priorities for next-generation and new-to-world devices
to our customers. You will leverage AI-powered analytics and
automation tools to optimize launch strategies and streamline
go-to-market processes, driving operational efficiencies across the
product lifecycle. Your expertise in implementing AI-driven
solutions will help transform traditional launch methodologies into
data-intelligent approaches that enhance decision-making and market
responsiveness. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively
in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and
persuasively to drive focus and excellence. This person will work
closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management,
Finance, Sales, Brand and Product Marketing, Retail, Online
Experience, Legal, PR, Customer Service, and Demand and Supply
Planning. He/she/they will guide all teams to make key business
decisions and execute launches of products that delight our
customers. Key job responsibilities • Drive GTM strategy for new
products, including but not limited to target release dates, global
assortment strategy, and drive a cohesive global launch • Build
overall launch work-back-schedule, align with stakeholder teams,
and track tasks and milestones to ensure a successful, on-time
product launch. • Develop AI tools and frameworks that enhance
launch analytics, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities. •
Work with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Category to
drive customer need, relevant features, and launch timing for new
hardware and software/features/app • Partner cross-functionally to
drive innovative marketing programs and merchandising opportunities
that are impactful to the business • Develop and present cohesive
project view to leadership with business and launch strategy • Be a
voice of the customer by sharing their needs and product feedback,
uncovering insights that lead to improved customer experience,
product, and marketing • Leverage machine learning algorithms to
optimize launch timing, workflow management and resource allocation
for maximum efficiency and impact • Lead and drive launch efforts
through owning cross-functional meetings, documentation,
coordination and actual launch/shiproom, including the final
product detail page review and sign-off • Design and implement
AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive launch tasks and
streamline workflow processes across global teams • Build and
maintain AI-driven dashboards and monitoring systems to track
launch metrics and provide real-time insights A day in the life As
a Product Launch Manager, you will be managing multiple new product
launches at various stages. We work cross-functionally but closest
with Product Management, Marketing, Category, and Demand and Supply
Planning teams. A significant part of your role will involve
developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our launch
processes and capabilities. In the morning, you may host a launch
readiness call or have meetings with EU/MEA teams, leveraging
AI-powered analytics to drive data-informed discussions. You may
then have a financial assessment and strategy review meeting with
Finance and Category teams for a product you are managing,
utilizing machine learning models for predictive analysis and
forecasting. In the afternoon, you may finalize GTM documentation
and prepare for leadership review before you review a product
detail page with Creative and Online Experience teams, while also
overseeing the development of AI tools that automate routine tasks
and enhance decision-making processes. You'll work closely with BI
and AI engineering teams to build and refine automated solutions
that scale our launch capabilities. Toward the end of the day, you
may follow up with action items with stakeholder teams to ensure we
are on track to hit the next milestone and prepare for your GTM
weekly call the next day, or hop on a call with APAC (JP, ANZ)
teams to discuss product assortment strategy, supported by
AI-driven market insights and recommendations. Note these are just
examples of various BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3 years of product
management experience - Experience managing technical products or
online services - Experience in product, program, or project
management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major
new products or services PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of SQL
and VBA at an advanced level - Experience building and analyzing
cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results

below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and
