day-to-day IT operations within the office.Help DeskTake the lead
on Help Desk Tickets.Provide on-site Desktop, Laptop, Phone
supportInstalls PCs, Macs, LANs, cabling, and software (Windows 7,
Windows 10, Mac OS X)Help manage antivirus deployments and remove
Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware, PUPSMaintain Exchange Accounts
(auditing, deleting, and creating)Update workstation software
(Flash, Java, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)RequiredKnowledge of Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with Office365 is a
