Sign-On Bonus of $4,000 (paid in increments) for external hires Expected Salary: $23.00 to $36.00 per hour (2nd shift differential $2.00 per hour) Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate---s work experience, skills and education. Brief Description CNC Lathe-Mill Machinist experience with Live Tooling. Works with little supervision. Key Accountabilities Completes set-ups with minimal supervision/assistance. Responsible for all phases of part operation set-up to achieve first article acceptance. Perform and maintain accurate in-process quality inspection and records. Desirable Experience and Capabilities At least five (5) years experience operation set-up on CNC Lathe and Mill equipment. Multiple Turret and Multi-Axis---s experience, Y / B Axis a plus. Skilled in the use of indicator, gage, dial bores, and plate inspection methods for first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts. Ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0005---) of ID---s, hold .0005 profile, roundness. Knowledge of cutting tools feeds, speeds, and inserts tool life for aerospace machining. Ability to follow verbal instructions and interpret blue print and quality requirements. Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner. Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. (over 25 lbs. with assistance). Ideal candidate will have experience with AS9100, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.
