• Plan and execute a menu that includes classic American and BBQ dishes such as juicy burgers, crispy wings, and chicken sandwiches.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials that will delight our customers and enhance their dining experience.
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for our guests.Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef, with a specialty in BBQ and American cuisine.
  • Knowledge of BBQ techniques, including smoking, grilling, and seasoning.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
