patient, family and interdisciplinary team memberbeliefs and
desires. Facilitate spiritual care for the patient and families in
spiritual distress or crisis situation.
* Provides pastoral care services to patients in various
situations, like those undergoing surgical procedures, facing
end-of-life issues and in traumatic accidents on an on-call basis.
* Provides comfort and support to patient families and friends. *
Responds to requests for pastoral care in a timely manner.
Participates in the offering of worship opportunities. * Ensures
the religious and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones
are met. Acts as a spiritual resource to staff. * Accountable to
the organizational mission, core vision and values. * Performs
other job-related duties as assigned.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in theology, spirituality, pastoral ministry
or equivalent: Required * Master's of Divinity degree or
