Integration Developer sought by AltaMed Health Services Corporation in Los Angeles, CA Duties: Design and develop software that will be integrated in AltaMed's Workday Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) system applications, which regulate AltaMed's Human Resources, Finances, and Supply Departments.

Analyze all outputs and information for all departments in the Workday ERP system and will maintain and plan any software installations and modifications that will advance the software system.

Deploy and support Workday ERP integrated solutions by developing data improvements and deploying software system modifications to optimize and enhance the AltaMed employee experience when interacting with enterprise cloud applications.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine any necessary modifications and advancements for effective functioning for the Workday ERP system.

Maintain production, testing, and sandbox instances of ERP system by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle stage through its deployment, integration, and support.

Utilize new and enhanced workflows and integration processes within Workday, including Security, Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, and Compensations.

Implement technical solutions for any software failures or outages through software system adjustments and rewriting software codes, when necessary.

Create integration design documentation with data conversion strategies in order to communicate Workday ERP developments across different AltaMed teams.

Implement the best software development practices, eliminate any redundancies, and ensure that objectives are met in software operations, product developments, and their respective lifecycles.

Design key workday components and ensure that all software maintenance and advancements meet Workday ERP software requirements.

Offer daily support for the ERP system integrations through the maintenance of the software system and interface Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field plus three (3) years of Software Engineering, or related experience: working with Workday systems and providing integration support for finance and human resources teams; developing, configuring, and integrating Workday systems within HCM, compensation, and business process configuration areas; designing integration modules of applications and testing their behavior; performing project management, including tracking project actions, tasks, and execution; addressing IT risks by recommending appropriate integrated solutions to mitigate risks; ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met for data security and privacy; and utilizing tools and technologies such as Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB and Connectors, Workday Custom Reports, Document Transformation, Transformation Logic, API integration, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Jira.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, plus three (3) years of experience, will accept five (5) years of Software Engineering, or related experience including three (3) years of experience as specified above.
