  • Deliver Professional Services and meet revenue goals
  • Hold overall customer turnover to the company?s attrition standards
  • Cross Sell to the 400+ client base; including the implementation of ITS? standard hardware (firewall, switches, APs) and backup solution to all customers
  • Maintain customer-wide satisfaction surveys of 4.8/5 or higher
  • Meet with each customer at least once annually in person and once quarterly by phone
  • Respond to all customer inquiries on the same business day
  • Provide annual and Account Review and Recommendations for each customer
  • Provide invoice review and establish relationship for each new customer within 2 months
  • Ensure complete documentation of customer?s environment, processes ensuring configurations are maintained and accurate
  • Ensure all customer priorities are documented with projects or tickets?Traits & Experience of the Ideal Candidate Include, but not limited to:
    • 2+ years of customer success/account management experience
    • Proven ability to multi-task and make clear, thoughtful decisions with many things going on at once
    • A motivated self-starter, with proven abilities to take ownership of difficult projects and see them through to successful completion
    • Great attitude with an emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving
    • Familiarity with B2B software, business operations, basic customer-facing rapport-building skills is a must
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Solution Minded, strategic?
    • Tech savvy, with ability to understand telecommunications, IT solutions, software, technical applications, and other programs with ease. We do provide thorough training, but technical aptitude is key to understanding our service and solutions.Hours and Compensation:Salary and Commission Position,Base pay range, Depending on Experience, plus commission structureHealth, Vision, Dental Benefits, PTOFull Time, during Business Hours, Monday ?
