We offer flexible scheduling, meaning you get first preference on where and when to work, first call / last cancelled, and one of the most competitive compensation packages in the market.

HealthTrust offers:

• Base Pay $65.25 (not including weekend and night differentials)
• Guaranteed and flexible hours
• Time and a half after 8 hrs and double time after 12 hrs
• Weekly direct deposit options
• 401K and stock purchasing options
• Earn up to $750 for referrals
• Quarterly Bonuses
• Earn $500 for 468 hours worked within the quarter
  
  To get started you will need:
  
  • 
    
  • A degree from accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum 1 year current acute care experience in a short-term care hospital setting
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
