5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a
change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling
Physical Therapist assignment in Los Angeles, CA at an outpatient
facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and
manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new

details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to
start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be
required. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy
experience preferred. (Preferred) Experience evaluating and
developing treatment plans, documenting per regulatory and payer
guidelines, and writing letters of medical necessity. Ability to
supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as
needed. Must not be a new graduate. Candidates must have prior
clinical experience. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.
Shift Pattern: 5x8. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Duration: 13 week
assignment. Start Timeframe: Mid May start window. Candidates will
be expected to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance,
and safety procedures. Location Highlights Los Angeles offers

Museum of Art, both within 30–40 minutes from central parts of the
city, supporting an urban lifestyle with extensive dining,
entertainment, and outdoor recreation options. Standard Job
Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements,
and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and
physician direction. Delegates and directs discipline-specific
therapy services for assigned patients. Designs functional
treatment programs to support effective return to community
activities. Serves as an educator to patients, families, students,
and coworkers. Completes medical record documentation in a clear,
concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing,
functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical
necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and
payer guidelines. Ensures care is provided under signed physician
orders and within required approvals. Participates in student
programs as assigned, providing supervision, learning objectives,
and evaluations. Creates an individualized professional development
plan with clinical management and pursues continuing education.
Adheres to state practice act and maintains professional licensure
and mandated continuing education. Demonstrates awareness of
organizational performance improvement initiatives and contributes
feedback through staff meetings or direct supervisor. Promotes
patient and employee safety by adhering to safe patient handling,
materials handling, infection control, slip/trip/fall prevention,
and workplace safety practices. Follows clinic policies on
appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Completes competencies
