LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Location: Bakersfield, CA Position Type: 13 Weeks (36 Hours Expected; Option for 4th Shift) Shift: Night – 3x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Job Description: • Certifications: Active CA RN License required; BLS/CPR required • Experience: Acute care experience preferred; ICU experience required • Education: BSN preferred • Schedule: 36 hours/week with option for a 4th shift; may float to AHSB to obtain 4th shift • Facility: 254-bed acute care hospital; 20 primary & specialty care offices • Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive ICU patient assessments - Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans - Coordinate interdisciplinary care - Supervise and delegate to assigned nursing staff - Participate in discharge planning and patient education - Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards of care • Compliance: Must apply with DOB and SSN; vaccination requirements apply; E-Verify participant RS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
