LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Location: Bakersfield, CA Position Type: 13 Weeks (36 Hours Expected; Option for 4th Shift) Shift: Night – 3x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Job Description: • Certifications: Active CA RN License required; BLS/CPR required • Experience: Acute care experience preferred; ICU experience required • Education: BSN preferred • Schedule: 36 hours/week with option for a 4th shift; may float to AHSB to obtain 4th shift • Facility: 254-bed acute care hospital; 20 primary & specialty care offices • Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive ICU patient assessments Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans Coordinate interdisciplinary care Supervise and delegate to assigned nursing staff Participate in discharge planning and patient education Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards of care • Compliance: Must apply with DOB and SSN; vaccination requirements apply; E-Verify participant YK About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
