This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN leader to step into a broader management role with support from an engaged Nursing Director. Position summary The Manager of Nursing, Administration provides hands on leadership for daily operations, staff scheduling, and clinical performance within the department. The role ensures safe, high quality, patient centered care while supporting growth, compliance, and staff development. Key responsibilities Oversee and coordinate staff scheduling, assignments, and daily department operations. Collaborate with nursing and hospital leadership to drive service quality, growth, and operational efficiency. Support recruitment, onboarding, education, evaluation, and mentorship of nursing staff. Ensure continuous readiness for regulatory and accreditation surveys, including compliance with National Patient Safety Goals. Monitor and help improve patient, employee, and physician satisfaction metrics. Partner with ancillary and support services to optimize throughput, resource utilization, and clinical outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in an acute care setting. 1 2 years of leadership, education, or management experience required (charge, lead, educator, or supervisor). BSN in progress or near completion; BSN or higher preferred. Current California RN license. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA). CPI certification required within 30 days of hire.
