Job Description Ophthalmic Tech / Optometric Tech FT / PT Due to continued growth, we have several positions for Full Time and Part Time Ophthalmic Tech's or Optometric Tech's. Saturdays required for all positions. The successful candidate will be reliable, a team-player, and will have good interpersonal skills Job description: We seek highly motivated individuals with strong commitment to excellence and a desire to advance based on performance. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Patient Testing: The majority of your time will be in the clinic area, assisting the doctors by performing pre-exam testing such as NCT, as well as other tests ordered by the doctor including A-Scans, Visual Fields, Optos, etc. Eyewear adjustments and/or repairs experience optional but helpful. Maintain appropriate standards of quality, honesty, and patient service. Work with others to ensure comprehensive completion of all tasks. Experience: · Minimum 1 year experience as an Ophthalmic Tech / Optometric Tech. Qualifications/Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills Team player Manage multiple tasks simultaneously Highly motivated and organized Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns Multi-Task and excel under pressure Computer literate Detail Oriented We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates who are dependable and punctual.
