RN Surgery - Traveler (Days) Per diem We are seeking an experienced and flexible Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical services team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in the fast-paced perioperative environment and is confident in caring for patients across the lifespan—from neonates to older adults. The RN will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care throughout the surgical process. Key Responsibilities: -Provide direct and indirect patient care in the perioperative setting using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation -Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures -Guide and support OR Technicians and other surgical staff during procedures -Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols -Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care -Contribute to Performance Improvement initiatives, unit meetings, and in-services -Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to peers when needed -Must be available to take call as scheduled At Sable Corporation, we connect RNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals with contract and per diem opportunities at hospitals across California.
