Physical -Therapist -Job -Description/Requirements:
Evaluation/Treatment -of -Patients -in -their -home.
Assist -in -evaluating -the -level -of -function -and -in
-developing -the -plan -of -care.
Evaluate -the -home -environment -and -makes -appropriate

-pay is $85-110 per -visit. -Potential -to -make -$150,000-
-180,000 -yearly.

LA, South LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Diamond -Bar,
-Hollywood, -Beverly -Hills.
Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County: -Rancho
-Cucamonga, Chino, Rialto, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula,
Corona, -Huntington -beach, -Newport, -Santa -Ana, -Anaheim,

Minimum -Required -Qualifications:
Current -CA -Physical -Therapy -(PT) -License
Valid -California -Driver's -License/ -with -transportation
