We have an Outstanding Opportunity for an Experianced Results Driven General Manager for a Rapidly Growing Residential/Light Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Service Organization. The ideal candidate will successfully perform this role by recruiting, training and motivating the best and brightest HVAC and Plumbing operations team, leading them to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit contribution and KPI goals. This position has an excellant six figure base compensation with an additional 50% bonus program. Tactical Work:

  • Planning and budgeting activities to include all functional areas of the business: manpower, marketing, lead generation, sales, client fulfillment, asset management, and finance
  • Continuously identify opportunities leading to the improvement and expansion of our business
  • Innovate new ways to recruit, train and motivate HVAC and Plumbing talent for the operation
  • Identify best practices to increase profitability. Design and implement them into processes in our businesses
  • Identify new product opportunities to incorporate into our RISE sales process
  • Guides financial/operational performance by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Achieves budget objectives by managing resources and expenses; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Ensures complies with federal, state, and local legal/regulatory requirements as well as compliance with all HR/Safety, Accounting, Administrative and Operational Standards and company initiatives
  • Ensure budgeted lead generation is achieved through all channels
  • Participate in the budgeting process and manage the profit and loss for each business unit
  • Constantly measures operational and financial performance through the use of reporting and analysis tools (ie. Profit Planner, Service Titan Reports, DSC) Vital Factors:
    • Ensure each business segment manager's achievement of budgeted sales, gross margin and net margin goals
    • Achieve consolidated customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 or better
    • Ensure appropriate lead volume by category to achieve budget in each primary business segment
    • Ensure appropriate manpower and capacity to achieve budget based on operational performance KPIs Position Specific:
      • Minimum of 10 years leading teams
      • Minimum of 8 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.
      • Bachelor's degree required and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.
      • Be an exemplary leader managing with integrity in accordance with our mission, vision, and values in all actions
      • Your work will be performed in the timeframe agreed to with your leader and with the quality you would anticipate in a world-class organization
      • Maintain budgeted gross margin contribution for the business
      • Ensure departmental adherence to all Organizational standards
      • Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the service and installation departments
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
      • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
      • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong decision-making and proble- solving skills.
      • Meticulous attention to detail. Company-Wide:

        • Immediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met within a reasonable timeframe
