projects typically take place at military or government
installations and we have provided construction services in support
of contracts with all major branches of the US military including

been awarded numerous design-build projects and IDIQ type

participated in including the following types: Task Order Contracts
(TOC), Solution Order Contracts (SOC), Job Order Contract (JOC),
Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC), and Multiple Award
Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). Our clients in the IDIQ contracting
arena have been: US Navy, US Coast Guard, VA, USACE, and the Air
National Guard. We have been awarded contracts and successfully
completed projects in a wide range of geographical locations

seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Engineer
to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an
exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative
environment where you will have the chance to work on a variety of
high-profile projects. You will be responsible for managing the
technical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that all
engineering works are completed to the highest
standard.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Project Engineer, you will
be expected to:1. Manage and supervise the execution of
construction projects from design to completion.2. Ensure all
projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.3. Review
project plans and specifications to determine the design, time
frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing
project.4. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.5.
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure
all projects are carried out according to plan.6. Prepare,
schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering
projects.7. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices,
QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.8.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and
requirements and represent them in the field.9. Perform overall
quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's
performance) and report regularly on project status.10. Review
engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective
actions.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent
Project Engineer role should have:1. A Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2. A
minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the
Construction industry.3. Proven experience in project management
and supervision, preferably in commercial, civil, navy, and federal
projects.4. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials,
and project management principles.5. Excellent organizational and
time-management skills.6. Ability to work with multiple discipline
projects.7. Project management and supervision skills.8.
Decision-making ability and leadership skills.9. Current engineer
license.10. Proficient in MS Office and project management
software.11. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.If
