We're a small-to-mid size shop that has a lot of different and new projects to work on, with an outstanding culture based on teamwork and respect.Why join us?$60,000 - $80,000Full benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidaysLife Insurance coverage401 (K) with generous company matchJob DetailsYou should know/have some of the following:In this position, the Sheet Metal Mechanic II must be able prepare components (sheet metal, machined, formed) and subassemblies - including all alignment, fitting, trimming, forming, and pre-assembly in accordance with all engineering drawings, supplemental documentation, and specifications. to assembly Components and subassemblies to be prepared include various types of stainless steel alloys, nickel-based (Inconel) alloys, commercial pure titanium and titanium alloys, and aluminum alloys.Must be able to maintain certification to the above material types and weld types.Must be able to weld all materials to the engineering requirements, including x-ray inspection.Must possess the ability to work with close tolerances, including all preparation.Must be able to work within the operational (work order) standards and fabricate shop aids to increase efficiency and throughput of weldment assemblies and subassemblies.Must be able to prepare (trim, fit, cut, scribe, etc.) using tooling/fixtures and shop aids.Must be able to work without direct supervision.Must be capable of training other employees in the preparation and welding of parts.Must be able to maintain a high-level of quality and workmanship.Must be able and willing to perform all duties of lesser classifications.Must maintain a clean working environment for all machines, tools, and equipment.Must be able to perform routine duties and other duties as assigned.Interested in hearing more?
