We are experts in the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of components for liquid rocket engines. The team is looking for Mid-Senior Quality Engineers. This position requires 3-7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer working in both Aerospace and Defense manufacturing. You will assist assigned contracted programs throughout their entire lifecycle, including design, development, production, test, and supplier support, you will work closely with cross-functional teams. - 5-10+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industry
- Root Cause/Corrective Action experience
- AS9100 OR AS9102 experience
- 5+ years with MRB (Material Review Board)
- Experience working with Design Engineer/Review of Products What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities:
- Ensure program quality requirements are included in the program design and process documents for the area of responsibility and that the products are inspectable.
- Independently examine the manufacturing planning to make sure that the design engineering requirements are implemented properly, that material traceability is maintained, that quality records are maintained, and that operator and inspector sign-offs are obtained.
- Indicates the necessity for inspection and verification
PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Use this excellent tool to quantify and mitigate risk. is regarded as the process expert for process error correction.
- Examines the creation and use of methods. Creates, executes, and tracks new or current inspection techniques to make sure goods adhere to stated engineering specifications
