Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to serve K-8th grade students in elementary school settings. These contract positions will start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the current school year. One opening is located in Valencia, CA, with the other in Covina, CA. Ideal candidates will hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience or interest in school-based practice, including those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). A strong commitment to supporting student communication development and the ability to manage a diverse K-8 caseload in an educational setting are essential. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with district and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required) Eligibility or experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred Completion or progress within Clinical Fellowship Year welcomed Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload of K-8 students effectively Locations: Valencia, CA (1 position) Covina, CA (1 position) This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills within a supportive educational environment.
